Hi, I’m Denise.

A Strategic experience designer that takes ideas from discovery to scale, crafting end-to-end experiences that matter, shaped by real human needs and designed for impact.

I specialise in strategic experience design- connecting strategy with execution across discovery, proposition development, service design, and product delivery.

 

Currently, I work at Bupa as part of the Innovation team, where I create new propositions and services that help customers live happier, healthier, and longer lives. My focus is on preventative care, longevity, and exploring how technologies like AI can reshape health experiences. I lead the full process from early research and proposition design through to piloting, experimentation, and product delivery with the goal of de-risking ideas before they scale.

 

With 5+ years of experience, I’ve designed across industries including education, FMCG, travel, healthcare, insurance, and non-profit, always grounding solutions in human-centred design, experimentation, and business strategy.

 

Outside of work, I’m also an entrepreneur, running Mum’s Lasagna, a commissary kitchen business in Manila 🌴 (IG: @mumslasagna.ph), and a small stationery shop on Etsy where I sell illustrations, cards, and prints.
