Denise is a data-driven experience designer and a creative storyteller.

Currently working at Bupa as a UX/UI designer in the Digital Incubation and Growth team, responsible for pioneering innovation and experimentation in the business.

 

Her work focuses on delivering and designing end-to-end experiences of new products and services across Bupa's multiple business streams by applying test and learn methodologies to refine, iterate, and explore market-fit.

 

She gained her UX design experience working with various clients from fast moving consumer goods, travel, healthcare, insurance to non-for-profit industries. Always advocating for customers, Denise loves solving complex problems by integrating design thinking and empathy into business strategies.

 

Outside work, She wears many hats. She's an entrepreneur, managing marketing and socials of a catering and commissary kitchen business called Mum's Lasagna, in Manila Philippines 🌴(IG: @mumslasagna.ph) . She also runs her own small stationary business, selling illustrations, cards and prints via Etsy.
